Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReBuild Physio mobile application (the “App”), operated by Pain to Performance Physio Ltd, trading as ReBuild Physio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Account Registration and Security
To use the App, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for:
• Keeping your login details confidential
• Not sharing your account with others
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are breached or if misuse is identified.
Use of the App
The App provides access to app-based physiotherapy guidance, educational information, and exercise-related features.
The App does not provide emergency or urgent medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, contact your GP, local emergency services, or attend A&E.
Information provided through the App is intended to support, not replace, professional clinical judgement. Individual outcomes may vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
You agree not to:
• Share your account credentials
• Upload false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s operation
• Access restricted areas without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute App content without permission
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for behaviour that breaches these standards.
User Content
You may upload content through the App, including movement videos, messages, and exercise-related information.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and review that content solely to operate and support the App.
We may use anonymised data derived from user content to improve app functionality and quality.
Intellectual Property
All App content, features, functionality, text, videos, and materials are owned by or licensed to Pain to Performance Physio Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.
Third-Party Services
The App is supported by third-party service providers, including LeadConnector. Use of the App may also be subject to their terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services or websites linked within the App.
Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the App, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the App available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without notice.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its content.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pain to Performance Physio Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
